Itinerary:

Day 0 (Fri) - Arrival in Manaus by Friday.

Day 1 (Sat) - River trip starts from Manaus (about 8 hour navigation on board of Mother ship to final destination).

Day 2 to 7 (Sun – Thu) - All day fishing in doubles

Day 7 (Fri) – Return trip to Manaus – Return to US or extend trip in Brazil.

7 nights with 5 full days of fishing - 6 nights on board of Yacht Marie, 1 night in Manaus.
